Quick Peanut Butter Cookies Using Yellow Cake Mix Recipe

| Yellow cake mix package | 1 | |
| Chunky peanut butter | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Salted peanuts | 1 To taste |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter, egg, and 1/2 cup water with an electric mixer on medium speed until a stiff dough forms. Add up to 3 tablespoons more water, if necessary, to make a manageable dough.
2. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. With floured tines of a fork, press ridges into center of each. If desired, press a peanut into center of each.
3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let cookies cool 2 minutes on sheets, then remove to racks and let cool completely. Store in a tightly covered container.
