Ingredients
1/2 pound liverwurst, cut into small pieces
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon or Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon
Parsley, optional
Melba rounds
Directions
In small mixer bowl, combine liver wurst, cheese, onion and bouillon; beat until smooth.
Turn into well-oiled 2 cup mold.
Chill.
Unmold; garnish with parsley if desired.
Serve with Melba rounds.
Refrigerate leftovers.
