Quick Muffins Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making quick muffins which I was taught by my family elders. Indulge yourself in this quick muffins as breakfast. This quick muffins recipe is sure to sweep you off your feet!
Ingredients
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon whole wheat germ or Petti Johns Breakfast Food
1 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt
Milk
1 egg
4 tablespoons peanut oil
Directions
Put flour and wheat germ into a bowl.
Add baking powder and salt, and stir thoroughly.
Add milk to make loose batter and stir; add egg, and stir.
Add oil and mix, but do not overbeat.
Put 1 teaspoon peanut oil in each ring of a 6-ring muffin pan, and fill with batter.
Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
