 Skim milk3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
 Granulated sugar replacement2 Teaspoon
 Sweetener3 (Equal low-calorie)

Directions

Combine the cocoa and salt in a saucepan.
Stir in water.
Cook over low heat until mixture is well blended.
Slowly stir in the milk and granulated sugar replacement.
Cook and stir over low heat for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Stir in the Equal low-calorie sweetener.
