Quick Morning Cocoa Recipe
Ingredients
| Cocoa | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) | |
| Granulated sugar replacement | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sweetener | 3 (Equal low-calorie) |
Directions
Combine the cocoa and salt in a saucepan.
Stir in water.
Cook over low heat until mixture is well blended.
Slowly stir in the milk and granulated sugar replacement.
Cook and stir over low heat for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Stir in the Equal low-calorie sweetener.
Stir in water.
Cook over low heat until mixture is well blended.
