Quick Mixing Pizza Dough Recipe

|Dry yeast||1 Tablespoon (1 Package Quick Rising Instant Variety, 15 Milliliter)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|

Pour hot (not boiling) water and oil into flour mixture; mix well.
Mix in remaining flour to make slightly sticky dough.
Form into ball.
On lightly floured surface, knead dough for about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Cut dough in half; cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
On lightly floured surface, roll out each half into 12-inch (30 cm) diameter circle.
Transfer to 2 lightly greased 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pans or baking sheets.
Carefully stretch and pull dough to fit pans; let rise for about 15 minutes before adding toppings.
(For slightly thicker crust, let dough rise for about 30 minutes.)
