Quick Mixed Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mixed vegetables | 1 Large | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large pan, cook the mixed vegetables in boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
2) Drain thoroughly, then allow the vegetables to cool and transfer to a salad bowl.
3) Toss the cold vegetables with the mayonnaise until thoroughly coated.
SERVING
4) Serve the Mixed Vegetable Salad immediately.
