Quick Mix Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Shortening | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Quick mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine shortening, peanut butter, sugar, and egg; stir until creamy.
Add Quick Mix a little at a time, stirring until smooth.
Roll dough into small balls 1-inch in diameter and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press balls with a fork to make a criss-cross pattern.
Bake at 375° for 5 to 7 minutes.
Let cookies cool for about 3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
