|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Green pepper||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Onion||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated sharp american cheese||3⁄4 Pound (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Worcestershire sauce||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Macaroni||1⁄2 Pound, cooked|
|Thinly sliced cooked ham/Dried beef, frizzled||1⁄2 Pound|

Remove vegetables and blend flour into butter remaining in pan.
Add milk gradually and cook until mixture thickens.
Stir constantly to keep smooth.
Add cheese, salt, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Place over boiling water and cook slowly until cheese melts.
Drain freshly cooked macaroni, rinse with boiling water.
Drain well, turn onto hot platter.
Top with sauteed vegetables, pour hot cheese sauce over all.
Garnish with hot frizzled ham.
