Quick Maple Pudding Recipe

| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
Cream shortening, add sugar and cream together until fluffy.
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Sift fiour, baking powder and salt together and add alternately with milk, in small amounts, beating well after each addition.
Pour into hot syrupand bake in hot oven (400°F.) about 25 minutes.
Turn out onto serving plate and garnish with chopped nuts.
Serve with cream or with Marsh-mallow Sauce, Serves 4.
