| Yellow onion | 1 Medium, minced | |
| Garlic | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Mango | 2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Organic apple juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 apple, peeled and cut into small dice | ||
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, finley minced | |
| Allspice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Heat the oil over medium heat in a 2-quart saucepan.
Add the onions and saute 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, mango, apple juice and vinegar.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add the raisins, apple, ginger and allspice.
Continue to simmer until the moisture has evaporated, about 10 more minutes.
