Quick Madeira Or Port Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup 60 mL) Madeira or Port wine
1 recipe of Simplified Brown Sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
Directions
€¢ Add the Madeira or Port wine to the Simplified Brown Sauce in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave 5 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH, stirring three times during the cooking. Remove from oven.
