| Eggs | 3 | |
| Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Seasoning | ||
| Fat | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (For frying) | |
| Can condensed celery or tomato soup | ||
Directions
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 7 minutes.
Drain well.
Beat eggs and cheese and seasoning.
Mix in macaroni.
Heat fat in frying pan and drop in spoonfuls of this mixture.
Fry until crisp and golden, turn and brown other side.
Drain and serve with salad or can of undiluted soup.
