Quick Lamb Hotpot Recipe

Ingredients
4 lamb chops
3/4 pint water
1 small onion or little diced onion
1 beef bouillon cube
Packet frozen vegetables
Seasoning
Caper sauce
Directions
Put water and bouillon cube into saucepan.
Add chopped or dried onion and lamb chops, season well.
Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook for further 10 minutes.
Make caper sauce using a little of the stock as well as milk.
Lift lamb and vegetables on to hot dish and serve with sauce.
