Quick Jelly Icing Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 c. tart jelly
1/8 t. salt
1 egg white
Directions
1. Mix in top of double boiler, and place over boiling water.
2. Beat until jelly melts, remove from heat.
3. Continue beating until mixture holds shape.
