Quick Holiday Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Undiluted evaporated milk - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Candied fruits | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), broken | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cake | 1 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the broiler.
MAKING
2 In a bowl, blend together butter, sugar and milk.
3 Add in fruits, nuts and coconut.
4 Put cake on a baking sheet.
5 Evenly spread the fruit mixture on top.
6 Place under preheated broiler, for about 2-3 minutes or until delicate brown and bubbly.
SERVING
7 Cut and serve.
