Quick Hamburger Stew Recipe
Ingredients
6 oz. lean hamburger
4 tsp. cornstarch
8 cup water
8 potatoes, cut up
1/2 cup barley
1 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables or Pkg
1 1/2 cup fresh vegetables, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced to taste
Seasoning without salt
Directions
1. Brown hamburger and drain well.
2. Whisk cornstarch into water.
3. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
