 6 oz. lean hamburger
 Cornstarch4 Teaspoon
 Water8 Cup (16 tbs)
 8 potatoes, cut up
 Barley1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Frozen mixed vegetables1 10 Ounce
 1 1/2 cup fresh vegetables, cut up
 Onion1 , chopped
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Seasoning without salt

Directions

1. Brown hamburger and drain well.
2. Whisk cornstarch into water.
3. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
