Quick Hamburger Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 oz. lean hamburger | ||
| Cornstarch | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 potatoes, cut up | ||
| Barley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen mixed vegetables | 1 10 Ounce | |
| 1 1/2 cup fresh vegetables, cut up | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Seasoning without salt | ||
Directions
1. Brown hamburger and drain well.
2. Whisk cornstarch into water.
3. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
