Quick Goulash Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 | |
| Dripping | 1 Ounce | |
| Flour | 1 Ounce | |
| Steak | 1 Medium, stewed | |
| Tomato puree | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1/4 Pint | |
| Paprika pepper | 2 Teaspoon (Leveled) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, saute the onion in drippings until browned.
2) Stir in the flour, stewed steak, tomato puree, water and paprika pepper.
3) Simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes.
SERVING
4) Ladle the Quick Goulash in soup bowls and serve piping hot, with some peas and boiled rice or creamed potatoes.
