Quick Gangbang Chili Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup bacon fat or shortening | ||
| Ground beef | 6 Pound | |
| Green pepper | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 6 Number 2 1/2 cans tomatoes | ||
| 6 Number 2 cans kidney beans | ||
| Tomato sauce | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Melt fat in large, heavy skillet or saucepan.
Add beef, green pepper and onion.
Cook until meat is well browned, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar, vinegar.
Cover and cook 25 minutes.
Serves 25.
