Quick Frank Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Frankfurters | 8 | |
| 1 16-ounce can whole new potatoes, drained | ||
| 2 medium green peppers, cut in pieces | ||
| Horseradish mustard | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Taco seasoning mix envelope | 1/2 | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Several drops bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
Directions
Cut the frankfurters into thirds.
Place on skewers alternately with potatoes and green pepper pieces.
In small bowl stir together horseradish mustard, catsup, seasoning mix, water, oil, and the hot pepper sauce.
Grill the kabobs over medium coals for 10 minutes, turning often and brushing with mustard mixture.
