 8 frankfurters, cut into thirds
 1 16-ounce can whole new potatoes, drained
 2 medium green peppers, cut in pieces
 Horseradish mustard1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Catsup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Taco seasoning mix envelope1/2
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Cooking oil2 Tablespoon
 Several drops bottled hot pepper sauce

Directions

Thread frank pieces on skewers alternately with potatoes and pepper pieces.
In small bowl stir together horseradish mustard, catsup, taco seasoning mix, water, oil, and hot pepper sauce.
Grill kabobs over medium coals for 10 minutes, turning often and brushing frequently with mustard mixture.

We had quick Frank Kabobs tonight. My 9 year old non-eater had a lot of fun helping me make and grill the kabobs, then he a whole plate full!!! the sauce is very tasty.
