Quick Frank Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 frankfurters, cut into thirds | ||
| 1 16-ounce can whole new potatoes, drained | ||
| 2 medium green peppers, cut in pieces | ||
| Horseradish mustard | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Taco seasoning mix envelope | 1/2 | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Several drops bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
Directions
Thread frank pieces on skewers alternately with potatoes and pepper pieces.
In small bowl stir together horseradish mustard, catsup, taco seasoning mix, water, oil, and hot pepper sauce.
Grill kabobs over medium coals for 10 minutes, turning often and brushing frequently with mustard mixture.
