Quick Frank Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 1 Bunch (100gm), quartered | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Cabbage | 1 Small, quartered | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| 8 franks | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
In a large skillet, place carrots, broth, onion and bay leaf.
Cover skillet and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Put cabbage.
Sprinkle vegetables with salt.
Add franks and simmer 5 to 6 minutes longer or until tender.
Serve in skillet, spooning broth over vegetables.
