Quick Fondue Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheddar | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Swiss Cheese slice | 2 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 tablespoons Chablis or other dry white wine | ||
| 1 loaf French or Italian bread cut in cubes with a piece of crust on each cube | ||
Directions
In a fondue pot over medium heat combine all ingredients except bread.
Heat and stir occasionally until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated.
Spear bread with a toothpick or a fork and dip into fondue.
