Quick Egg Drop Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix-1 packet | ||
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Scallion (green onion), green portion only-2 teaspoons-thinly sliced | ||
| Egg | 1 Large, beaten | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large pan, empty the broth mix
2. Add water to the pan and mix well
3. Add scallion to the broth
4. Bring the broth to a boil and simmer on low for fifteen minutes or till the flavors are combined
5. Remove from heat
FINALIZING
6. Gradually stir in egg into the warm mixture till the soup is thickened
7. Add soy sauce to taste
SERVING
8. Serve hot immediately
