Quick Creamed Crab Or Lobster Recipe
|Finely chopped green pepper||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion/4 tablespoons finely chopped raw onion||1 Tablespoon|

|Buttered toast/Cooked rice/crisp canned chow mein noodles||4|

1) In a saucepan, heat butter and sauté green pepper and onion in it for 3 minutes.
2) Mix in undiluted soup and wine.
3) Stir in crab or lobster and bring the mixture to steaming, ensuring to stir gently to prevent crumbling of crab pieces.
4) Garnish with parsley and serve at once over hot toast, rice or noodles or an omelet.
