| 30 to 36 fresh jumbo strawberries, hulled | ||
| Whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons Sherry, Marsala, Cognac, rum, almond liqueur or orange liqueur | ||
| Powdered sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Additional powdered sugar (garnish) | ||
Directions
From point end, split each strawberry into quarters, but do not cut clear through stem.
Refrigerate.
Combine cream and wine in processor using Double Steel Blade.
Allow machine to run without pusher until partially whipped.
Add powdered sugar and complete whipping process, being careful not to overwhip.
Place cream in pastry bag fitted with 1/2-inch star tip.
Pipe generously into each berry.
Dust with powdered sugar.
