Quick Corn Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Whole kernel corn | 4 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Green pepper | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar | ||
| Dried basil leaves | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Saute onion in butter in large skillet for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
