Quick Cooking Rice Recipe

1 1/2 cups hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups packaged precooked rice
Directions
1. Combine water, salt and butter in a 1 1/2-quart glass loaf dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Heat in microwave oven to boiling (about 4 minutes at High).
