Quick Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole wheat flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Egg replacer | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 3/4 cups vanilla-flavored yogurt | ||
| Raisins | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
Add butter, honey and yogurt to bowl. Mix lightly, just until combined. Stir in raisins.
Bake in a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool before slicing.
