Quick Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate square | 4 | |
| 2 squares German chocolate | ||
| Evaporated milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), heated | |
| 3 Ths. Triple Sec | ||
| 3 Ths. hot strong coffee (liquid) | ||
| Eggs | 3 | |
Directions
1. Put all ingredients in blender and mix for 1 minute. Pour into small custard cups.
2. Refrigerate, and serve with a small dollop of whipped cream.
