Ingredients
4 oz. chocolate
2 dessertspoons cream
2 eggs
2 dessertspoons sugar
Directions
Grate chocolate.
Put sugar, chocolate and egg yolk in a basin over hot water and beat together until smooth.
Cool slightly.
Add cream and when quite cold fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 2 small glasses and serve with biscuits.
