Directions
1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

2.Take a 9 by 8 baking dish and spread cream cheese at the bottom to make a layer
3.After that spread no bean chilli and sprinkle shredded monterey jack cheese on top.
4.Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
5.Take it out of the oven and the dip is ready to serve.
