Grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish and set aside.
Place cheese in large mixing bowl.
Combine eggs and undrained chilies in blender and whirl on high until well blended.
Combine egg mixture with cheese and stir until well mixed.
Pour into prepared dish and bake until puffed and golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes.
