Quick Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 7 1/2-ounce can tomatoes, cut up | ||
| Carrot | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules | ||
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Ground sage | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked chicken | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
In saucepan combine water, undrained tomatoes, carrot, onion, green pepper, bouillon granules, thyme, sage, and pepper.
Bring to boiling.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Stir in chicken; heat through
