Quick Chicken Supremes Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Grated rind of 1 lemon | ||
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon, melted | |
| 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, grated lemon rind, salt, and pepper.
Toss lightly with fingers.
Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and continue to toss.
Hold a chicken breast in palm of hand while spreading a tea-spoonful of mustard on top of its smooth side.
Drop it on the crumb coating.
Spread mustard on facing side and turn breast over.
Pat coating firmly but carefully.
Lay in shallow baking dish or pan.
Follow same procedure for remaining pieces.
Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the chicken.
Bake at 375° F 15-20 minutes, or until done.
