Ingredients

 Celery7 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onions2 Medium, chopped
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Pimento1 Small, chopped
 2 cans chicken with rice soup
 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
 Chicken broth1 1/2 Can (10oz)
 Mushrooms1 Medium
 Uncooked instant rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, boned and diced
 Slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until onions are transparent but not brown.
Combine pimento, soups, broth, mushrooms, rice and chicken.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
