Quick Chicken Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 7 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pimento | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 2 cans chicken with rice soup | ||
| 2 cans cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Chicken broth | 1 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Medium | |
| Uncooked instant rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, boned and diced | ||
| Slivered almonds, toasted | ||
Directions
Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until onions are transparent but not brown.
Combine pimento, soups, broth, mushrooms, rice and chicken.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
