Easy Chicken A La King Recipe
Ingredients
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 6 Ounce, broiled | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey | ||
| Pimiento | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Drain mushrooms, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
In blazer pan, cook pepper and celery in butter till tender.
Stir in soup and mushroom liquid.
Add mushrooms, remaining ingredients.
Season to taste.
Heat.
Serve in Cheese Toast Cups.
