Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Butter 10-inch quiche or pie pan, or 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Saute onion in butter until transparent.
Combine onion, bacon, eggs, cheese, baking mix, milk, and seasonings in bowl; mix thoroughly.
Stir in mushrooms.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into wedges or squares.
