Quick Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup shredded sharp Ched- dar cheese | ||
| Poppy seed | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a medium mixing bowl, blend biscuit mix, cheese, poppy seed, egg, and milk.
2 Stir just to moisten. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square glass baking dish.
3 Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, rotating the dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
4 Allow to stand 5 minutes. Center will be soft but will set with standing.
SERVING
5 Slice and serve.
