Quick Broccoli Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook broccoli in a large saucepan according to package directions, omitting salt; drain well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
