Quick Bread Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 5 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder | ||

| Baking powder | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 5 tablespoons unsalted margarine | ||
Directions
Sift the flour with the dry milk powder, sugar, and baking powder 3 times; place in a large mixing bowl.
Use a pastry blender or fork to cut in the margarine until the mixture has the texture of coarse meal.
Transfer to a 1/2 gallon jar, cover tightly, and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
