Quick Blueberry Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup uncooked quick oats
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup date sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium-size saucepan, mix together blueberries and honey.
In a cup, mix cornstarch and water until blended, and then add to berries.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles and thickens, about 8 minutes.
Remove from heat, and turn into a 9 X 5 X 3-inch pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Spread over blueberries, and bake on top shelf of oven for 10 minutes.
