Quick Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| Blueberry pie filling | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Orange peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Biscuit baking mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, softened |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°.
Mix pie filling and orange peel in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Heat in oven 15 minutes while preparing topping.
Stir remaining ingredients to a soft dough.
Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture.
Bake until topping is light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
