Quick Blender Hollandaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg Beaters | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 cup liquid Butter Buds, heated | ||
Directions
In an electric blender container, combine Egg Beaters, lemon juice, and red pepper.
Blend at medium speed just until mixed.
Without turning off blender, pour in hot liquid Butter Buds in a slow, steady stream.
Continue blending until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Mixture may be kept in top of double boiler over hot water for up to 10 minutes before serving to keep warm.
Serve over vegetables, chicken, or seafood.
