 3/4 cup canned vegetable or chicken broth, undiluted
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Onion powder1 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour.
