Ingredients

 100 g/4 oz chorizo, sliced
 350 g tub fresh tomato and chilli sauce
 Kidney beans400 Gram, drained, rinsed
 Can chickpeas400 Gram, drained, rinsed
 Rice and natural yogurt, or jacket
 Potatoes and soured cream, to serve

Directions

MAKING
1) Heat a non-stick frying pan and dry-fry the chorizo for a few minutes, till they turn crispy.
2) Remove any fat from the pan by pouring it off, or wiping it clean with kitchen paper. Pour in the fresh tomato and chilli sauce, beans and 100ml water.
3) Bring it to a boil. Cover the pan and lower the heat. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.

SERVING
4) Serve the beans with cooked rice and yogurt.
