Ingredients
| 100 g/4 oz chorizo, sliced | ||
| 350 g tub fresh tomato and chilli sauce | ||
| Kidney beans | 400 Gram, drained, rinsed | |
| Can chickpeas | 400 Gram, drained, rinsed | |
| Rice and natural yogurt, or jacket | ||
| Potatoes and soured cream, to serve | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Heat a non-stick frying pan and dry-fry the chorizo for a few minutes, till they turn crispy.
2) Remove any fat from the pan by pouring it off, or wiping it clean with kitchen paper. Pour in the fresh tomato and chilli sauce, beans and 100ml water.
3) Bring it to a boil. Cover the pan and lower the heat. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
SERVING
4) Serve the beans with cooked rice and yogurt.
