Quick Apple Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Biscuit mix | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled apples | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Biscuit mix | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apples | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Combine sugar, 2 c. biscuit mix, egg, milk and apples; beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Spread batter in greased 9" round baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and 1/3 c.biscuit mix.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Add apples.
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake in 400° oven 25 minutes or until golden brown
