Directions
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each portion into a '/2-inch-thick patty. Combine teriyaki sauce and water in a small bowl.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onion slices,- cover and cook 10 minutes or until onion is golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in 1 tablespoon teriyaki mixture. Remove onion from pan,- keep warm. Add oil to pan. Add patties,- cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons teriyaki mixture to pan. Carefully turn patties over,- cook 3 minutes or until golden. Place 1 patty on bottom half of each bun,- top each patty with 1/4 cup onion, 2 tomato slices, and 1 lettuce leaf. Top with remaining bun halves.
