1. Cut the Velveeta cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.

2. In a double boiler place the cheese cubes, allow it to melt, until the consistency is smooth.
3. Pour the diced green chili peppers onto the melted cheese in the double boiler, mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve with Tostitos Scoops.

Can also be served with Frito scoops, Doritos or any other chips of your choice.
