Directions

Slice the skirt steak on a bias, add all the marinade ingredients, mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan, cook the onions and bell pepper until soft then take them out on a plate.
Heat the pan and quickly brown the meat. Return the onions and bell peppers, cook to desired doneness. But do not over cook.
Just before it it finished add the chipotle salsa sauce and mix well.
On a tortilla spread the guacamole, spoon over the cooked mixture and fold the bottom
