Quick And Easy Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg substitute | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk biscuit and baking mix | ||
| 1/2 cup instant non-fat dry milk powder | ||
| 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 cup diced low-salt, reduced-fat ham | ||
| 1/2 cup chopped green onions | ||
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Add first 8 ingredients to bowl, and process 1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
Combine egg substitute mixture, Cheddar cheese, ham, and chopped green onions in a medium bowl; stir well.
Pour egg substitute mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with green onion slices and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
